And with his background as HR director, he also sees what that means for an organization as a living system, because when leaders change their position, the culture around them moves with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He listens before he steers, makes room before he solves and he knows the FNL as a community, not just as an organization. Exactly the energy and attention that this phase requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From now on, Mark will focus entirely on the FNL.
